Granudacyn Wound Cleansing Solution

Granudacyn is a ready-to-use, preserved wound cleansing and irrigation solution containing hypochlorous acid (HOCl) and sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) in a physiological, pH-balanced saline base. It is used to cleanse, irrigate, moisten and decongest acute and chronic wounds and first- and second-degree burns.

The solution helps rinse away debris, slough, wound exudate and foreign material and supports the disruption and removal of biofilm, helping prepare the wound bed for healing or for the next dressing. Granudacyn is non-cytotoxic, non-irritant and does not sting on application, so it is well tolerated for repeated use, including on sensitive wounds.
