How to Use
- Step into the pant and pull it up like underwear, so the waistband sits at the natural waist.
- Run a finger around each leg opening to make sure the leak guards sit flat against the skin rather than tucked inwards. This is the single most common cause of leaks.
- Smooth the front and back panels so there are no folds along the absorbent core.
- Change as soon as it is saturated. Leaving a wet product against the skin is what leads to irritation and skin breakdown.
- To remove, tear along the side seams, then roll inwards and dispose of in general waste. Do not flush.
Skin Care Notes
If the skin is already red, sore or broken, a pull-up alone is not the answer. Clean gently with a pH balanced cleanser rather than soap, dry without rubbing, and use a barrier cream or film. Persistent redness in the area covered by the product should be reviewed by a nurse or doctor, as incontinence-associated dermatitis is treatable and gets worse if left.
