Tubifast 2-Way Stretch is Mölnlycke's pin-free, latex-free retention bandage system used across dermatology, burns, plastic surgery and complex wound care. The proprietary 2-Way Stretch knit allows the tubing to elongate both lengthwise and circumferentially, which conforms to body contours without applying compressive pressure that could compromise underlying graft, contact-layer or non-adherent dressings.

The Purple line (REF 2444) is the largest of the colour-coded retention sizes and is selected for adult trunk wrapping, adult thighs and bariatric limb retention. As a continuous 10 m roll, it is cut to length at the bedside and applied over primary dressings, emollient, topical corticosteroid or hydrogel without disturbing the wound bed.
