Refund & Exchange Policy

Your health and safety are our top priority. Due to the sensitive nature of medical and hygiene products, we adhere to a strict quality control policy. However, we also understand that mistakes happen.

1. Our "Hygiene Safety" Promise (Non-Returnable Items) To ensure every customer receives brand-new, sterile medical supplies, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following categories once they have left our facility:

  • Stoma & Ostomy Products: Bags, baseplates, and pastes (unless in a completely sealed, unopened box).

  • Wound Care: Dressings, bandages, and gels.

  • Probiotics & Supplements: Due to temperature control requirements, we cannot resell returned supplements (e.g., Akkermansia).

  • Personal Care: Compression stockings and skin creams.

2. 7-Day Exchange Policy (Unopened Hardware) For non-hygiene items (e.g., sealed hardware accessories), we offer a 7-Day Exchange Window if you have purchased the wrong size or model.

  • Condition: Items must be 100% unopened, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.

  • Process: Contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Restocking Fee: A $10.00 administrative fee applies to "Change of Mind" exchanges to cover processing costs.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Our Guarantee) If we made a mistake, we will fix it.

  • Incorrect Item: If you received a product different from what you ordered, we will arrange a free 1-to-1 exchange at your doorstep.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your probiotics arrive warm or your box is crushed, please take a photo immediately and WhatsApp us. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Return:

  1. WhatsApp us at +65 8028 7151 or email Hello@emis.asia with your Order ID.

  2. Include a photo of the item if it is damaged/incorrect.

  3. Wait for our team to issue a Return Authorization (RA) number before mailing anything back.
