2. International Shipping

  • Rates: International shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight of your medical supplies and your location. We use premium carriers (DHL/FedEx) to ensure temperature-sensitive products like probiotics arrive in optimal condition.

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes in their destination country.
