Which compression class do you need?

Class determines the pressure level. Important: We recommend consulting a doctor for Class 2 or above.

Class 1: Mild Compression 18–21 mmHg

For mild swelling, heavy/tired legs, long-haul travel, pregnancy, and early-stage vein concerns.

CEAP C1–C2 • Reticular veins • Travel prophylaxis • Preventive use

Class 2: Moderate Compression 23–32 mmHg

For moderate-to-severe varicose veins, chronic venous insufficiency, oedema, and post-operative/swelling management.

CEAP C2–C4 • Varicose veins • Post-thrombotic • Lymphoedema maintenance • Post-surgical
Medical advice recommended. If you're unsure which class is right for you, please consult your doctor or vascular specialist. Compression therapy should be prescribed based on clinical assessment, including duplex ultrasound and ABPI (ankle-brachial pressure index) where indicated.

Take your measurements

Use a flexible measuring tape. Measure in the morning before any swelling develops. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

Measure at the narrowest point just above the ankle bone (malleolus).
23 cm
Measure at the widest point of your calf.
38 cm
Stand straight. Measure from the floor to two finger-widths below the crease behind your knee.
42 cm
Tip: Sit with your legs at a 90° angle and feet flat on the floor. Measure against bare skin, not over clothing. If you're between sizes, choose the larger size.
