The SIGVARIS Advance II Arm Sleeve with Mitten is a unisex graduated compression garment designed for medium compression (CCL 2 / 20–25 mmHg) of the upper extremity. The integrated mitten covers the metacarpal-phalangeal region and provides distal containment of interstitial fluid, addressing the hand and finger oedema commonly seen in BCRL and post-traumatic upper-limb lymphoedema. The Light Beige colourway is intended for daytime wear and discreet use under clothing.

The fabric is a polyamide microfibre construction enriched with a silver-based antimicrobial agent, supporting odour control and bacteriostatic skin contact during daily wear.
